  • Pool Surface Protected
  • Licensed & Insured
  • One-Visit Combo

We solve these symptoms

If any of this sounds like your home, you're in the right place.

  • Pollen and mildew film on screens
  • White oxidation on aluminum cage frames
  • Black mildew between travertine pavers
  • Pink algae blooms on marble decking
  • Mildew on lanai ceiling
  • Black grime at waterline tile edge

What's included

  • Cage screen rinse with screen-safe chemistry
  • Aluminum frame brightener pass (if oxidized)
  • Pool-deck strip clean + post-treatment
  • Coping and waterline tile-edge spot work
  • Outdoor kitchen and grill-island exterior wipe
  • Pool surface tarped before chemistry comes off truck

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Cover

Tarp the pool surface and outdoor kitchen electronics before chemistry comes off the truck.

  2. Step 2

    Cage

Apply screen-safe wash, dwell, low-pressure rinse from inside out — never blast the screens.

  3. Step 3

    Deck

Pre-treat, surface clean, hand-detail joints and coping.

  4. Step 4

    Finish

Brightener on aluminum frames if oxidized, final pool-edge rinse and outdoor-kitchen wipe.

Cage, deck, and pool are one contamination zone

A pool cage frame, screens, and the deck around the pool collectively form one of the highest-mildew zones on any Florida property. The cage screens trap pollen and salt; aluminum frames oxidize; and travertine or marble decks hold organic growth in the pores. We clean all three on one visit so the contamination doesn't just re-deposit overnight.

Pool surface protection is non-negotiable

Sodium hypochlorite in the pool throws the chlorine chemistry off for days and can stain a salt-cell. We tarp the pool surface before chemistry leaves the truck and again before the deck-cleaning step. Splash, drip, and overspray all land on the tarp. Pool stays balanced.

Frequently asked questions

Won't pressure washing pop the screen splines out?+

Yes — most cages get pressure-washed and lose splines. We rinse, never blast. The chemistry does the work. We also tighten splines we find loose during the rinse, at no charge.

Is the chemistry safe to use over the pool?+

We tarp the pool surface before chemistry comes off the truck. Any drips land on the tarp, not in the water. Pool stays clean during the visit.

How often should cage and deck be cleaned?+

Annually for most homes. Quarterly for pollen-heavy shaded yards and oceanfront properties. We tag the calendar and message a reminder when the next visit matters.

Can you restore an oxidized cage frame?+

Yes — a brightener pass with a non-acid aluminum cleaner pulls the white oxidation. The frame won't be brand-new but it'll be 80–90% improved. Charged as an add-on to the standard cage wash.

Do you re-screen as part of the cleaning?+

No — we don't install screens. We rinse and tighten the existing ones. If a panel needs replacement we'll flag it during the visit and refer you to a screen installer.

Versailles limestone columns had organic staining for years. Their neutral chemistry pulled it without etching the stone. Other quotes wanted to use acid — glad we didn't.

Quarterly salt-rinse plan for our Frenchman's Creek east elevation. Cheaper than redoing the paint job in 3 years. Smartest hundred-and-something dollars a quarter I spend.

Jupiter Farms barn aisles, run-in shed roofs, RV pad — they cleaned it all on one visit and brought their own water for the well. Will book them every year.

Polo Club tennis-court dust on our house was relentless. Annual cleaning kept it manageable. Sparkle & Shine knew the issue before I described it.
