Why pressure-washing painted stucco is wrong
If a quote says 'pressure wash' your stucco home, get a second one. Painted stucco that's been blasted at 3,000 PSI typically needs paint touch-up within the year. The correct method is soft wash — surfactants and sodium-hypochlorite chemistry at garden-hose pressure that dissolve algae and mildew at the root, then rinse off with low pressure. The chemistry does the cleaning, not the wand.
What we include with every house wash
Soffit, fascia, and the exterior of your gutters are part of every house wash — not an upsell. Pre-rinse and post-rinse on plantings around the elevation, A/C unit covers, exterior-outlet protection, and a date-stamped photo of the finished work all included in the flat-rate quote. The only add-on we charge for separately is a vinyl-oxidation brightener on heavily-chalked vinyl siding.

Is the bleach safe for my plants and pets?+
We dilute to soft-wash strength and pre-rinse plant beds before chemistry and post-rinse after. Pets and people should stay inside during the elevation we're working — same as you would for any landscape application. Plants are fine the next day.

Most single-story homes finish in 2–3 hours including soffit, fascia, and gutter exterior. Larger or two-story homes take a half-day.
How often should I clean my house exterior?+

Do you do oxidation removal on vinyl siding?+
Yes — a vinyl-specific brightener step that lifts the chalky oxidation without etching the panel. Charged as an add-on to the standard soft wash.
